Battito sorbet: cocoa mass and sour cherry

The name Battito captures the essence of this gelato: a deep intensity that comes from the meeting of Hispaniola Dominican cacao mass, pure and enveloping, and Cantiano sour-cherry syrup, which brings sweetness and structure and amplifies fruity, acid notes for a perfect balance. A crunchy caramel and coffee-powder ripple completes the experience, adding a toasted aromatic note and lifting the complexity of the flavour.

Gelateria Quattrini

Erika Quattrini is one of the brightest figures in Italian artisanal gelato, able to combine tradition, creativity and research at her Gelateria Quattrini, with locations in Falconara Marittima and Sirolo. Raised in the family gelato shop, she initially studied business consulting before following her true passion: gelato. After attending several courses at various levels, she turned her vision into reality, earning the prestigious title of Emerging Gelato Maker from the Gambero Rosso guide in 2022.

Her philosophy is based on the meticulous selection of top-quality ingredients, often from the Marche territory, and on an innovation that never betrays the natural quality of the product. Her flavours surprise with their balance and originality, such as Cavoli che cioccolato! (white chocolate with purple cabbage powder), L'Italy (sheep robiola rippled with pistachio cream and caramelized cherry tomatoes) and E-state in campagna (Montefeltro ricotta with walnut and nettle pesto).

Thanks to her dedication, Gelateria Quattrini earned the highest recognition of the Gambero Rosso Tre Coni for two consecutive years, confirming itself among the best gelato shops in Italy. Erika continues to represent an excellence of the sector, valuing the Marche territory and taking artisanal gelato towards new horizons with quality, passion and constant research.
